The CoINVEST Portal provides a host of online services to members in one convenient and secure place:
- View your digital member card
- Update personal and contact details
- View entitlement and service history
- Lodge a missing service investigation request
- Submit a long service leave claim
- Download Statements of Service and claim Pay Statements
The CoINVEST Portal is mobile compatible, allowing members to access online services on the go with a smartphone.
Setting up access
If you already have an email address saved to your CoINVEST member profile, select the ‘Set Up Access’ button below to complete your online access setup:
If you do not have an email address saved to your CoINVEST member profile, please call CoINVEST on 03 9664 7677 or 1300 COINVEST (1300 264 683) so that we can update your member profile and set up your access to the CoINVEST Portal.
