What is Online Services?
CoINVEST’s Online Services provides you with a platform where you can submit your long service leave claims, view your entitlement and service history and update your registration details all at the click of a button.
Registering for Online Services will also give you access to our Mobile Platform where you can view a copy of your registration card, submit Missing Service investigation requests and submit Break in Service investigation requests. The Mobile Platform can be accessed from any mobile device.
How do I get access to Online Services?
Click Here to complete the Online Services Access Request form. Please note you will need to have a valid email address to gain access to our Online Services.
Once your request has been processed you will receive an email to your nominated account with a temporary password that you will need to reset within 24 hours.
Your username is your CoINVEST Registration Number.
Requests can take 1-5 business days to process.
